SANCTUARY grew out of the realization that, while deep healing work is certainly necessary during these times, many of us are simply and powerfully in need of a place to reset, recuperate, and rebalance. A sanctuary amidst the tumult of shifting times.
We have designed these gatherings in three acts that unfold over 60 minutes together:
If you are not familiar with breathwork or reiki; no worries. We'll guide you through it and answer any questions before we dive in.
We meet Tuesdays at 7 PM PST.
On the day of the gathering, you will receive a Zoom link. If you've never used Zoom before (congratulations!), it's a simple online gathering platform. You'll need to download it to your computer or phone; from there it's a one-click process to join.
